Yes, speeded up or sped up, both possible, the latter sounding awkward. Personally I would use a different sentence.

Ich wunder mich eben nur, weil das ASL Regelbuch eines der am meisten, wort für wort goldabwägend, gelesene Regelwerk der Welt sein dürfte. Es ist ja auch wie eine Art bunter Schönfelder aufgebaut und man kann und soll fehlerhafte Seiten durch Nachlieferungen auswechseln.
